Cryptoassets are highly volatile and speculative. Their value can fall sharply or to zero. You may lose all of the value of any cryptoasset you hold.

2. No guarantees

AIVON Network does not promise or guarantee any returns, profits, price increases, liquidity or exchange listings. Statements about the future are plans, not commitments.

3. Development risk

The testnet, mainnet, mobile apps, AI agent features and DeFi integrations are under development. They may be delayed, changed or abandoned, and may contain bugs or vulnerabilities.

4. Technology and security risk

Blockchains and smart contracts can be exploited. Loss of private keys or seed phrases is irreversible. AI agents may behave unexpectedly; only grant permissions you understand.

5. Regulatory risk

Laws governing cryptoassets differ by jurisdiction and may change, which could affect the availability or legality of AVN and related services in your country.

6. Liquidity and listing risk

There may be no market for AVN. Exchange listings depend on third-party eligibility criteria and approval and are not assured.

7. Mining rewards

Mobile mining rewards have no guaranteed value and their rates may change, including through halving events.

8. Scams

Beware of impersonators. We will never ask for your private keys or seed phrase, or ask you to send funds to "verify" a wallet.

9. Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for your decisions and for complying with the laws of your jurisdiction.
